Claims Technician
Location – Manchester Service Centre
As part of our Service Centre team you will use your technical knowledge and customer service skills to handle claims in a professional and efficient manner. The role involves being responsible for the day to day investigation, negotiation and settlement of desktop claims within adjusting limit in accordance with a clearly defined operational process.
