Claims Technician - Permanent Contract - Internal Applicants Only
Location – Claims Management Centre - Manchester
As part of our Claims Management Centre team you use your technical knowledge and customer service skills to handle claims in a professional and efficient manner. The role involves being responsible for the day to day investigation, negotiation and settlement of desktop claims within adjusting limit in accordance with a clearly defined operational process.
You will help to ensure the Claims Management Centre successfully meets its targets, in accordance with service standards and Client Requirements’ to provide a quality, customer focused service whilst ensuring all indemnity spend is controlled and managed.
