Merlin Subsidence is the specialist subsidence division of Merlin consisting of qualified engineers and surveyors, and technical specialists all of whom have considerable experience of subsidence claims.
If a property is suffering from subsidence your policyholders have complete piece of mind that their interests are protected and robust guarantees are in place. If subsidence is not the problem, supporting documentation including a detailed explanation of any recommendations for repair is provided that can be passed to any interested parties, i.e. future purchasers of the property.
