Using the new system
If you would like use the new service, please select Merlin On-line below and enter your user name and password in the usual manner. If you are using the service for the first time you will need to create a new account so after selecting Merlin On-line, just go to ‘Register’ and follow the instructions.
Existing users
For existing users we have automatically upgraded your access to allow you to use the new and improved system.
