Merlin's Belfast office relocates to larger premises

Following the success of Merlin Professional Claims Services’ Belfast Office, which opened last year, the Loss Adjuster has relocated from Clarendon Dock to larger premises at Forsyth House, Cromac Square to accommodate further growth. The new Grade A offices are in the heart of the City’s major business and retail area.
The Belfast office has been a complete success story for Merlin with claims volumes exceeding forecasted figures and further growth anticipated, according to Richard Webster, Chief Executive of Merlin: "This move to larger premises in Belfast reflects the success and achievements of our business and the tremendous support we’ve had from our clients,” he says. “Cromac Square is an ideal location, giving us the space we need now but with room for planned further expansion.
“When we moved into the office in Clarendon Dock we always knew that we would have to relocate at some stage,” he continues. “What we didn’t realise was that the move would come so soon, but it is a good news story to have outgrown our original space so quickly as it illustrates how significantly the loss adjusting team and the service we deliver to our clients has grown.”
Merlin’s Regional Manager, Stephen Wright, says the prominent location enables his team to maintain a close relationship with his clients. “It is important that our Loss Adjusting specialists are immediately on hand to deliver the high quality of service that our customers have come to expect,” he says.
Cromac Square has excellent transport links, with Belfast’s West Link just half a mile, Belfast City and Belfast International Airport within an half an hour drive, and good rail and bus with both the Belfast Central Station and main bus terminal ‘Laganside’ close by offering frequent services province wide.
