Merlin offices merge into dedicated service centre

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully completed the merger of our three Yorkshire offices (Morley, Garforth & Ilkley) into one dedicated service centre located in Morley near Leeds. It is integral to our strategy to have operations in key locations across the UK and be able to offer a truly nationwide service.
This new service centre is part of our overall aim to deliver a Total Claims Management Service to our Clients. We will be able to offer the full menu of Merlin services which are supported by the latest technology and a first class customer service. In addition, the service centre is most important at this time having just being appointed sole supplier for Legal & General claims.
We are situated in a beautiful building, Tomlinson House, which has been named in honor of the renowned Jane Tomlinson whose fight against cancer has been well documented. This merger, as with our mergers of offices to Warrington and Chelmsford, will enable our Clients to work with the same people whilst benefitting from access to the full menu of Merlin services.
