Supporting The Children's Trust

In line with many companies, at this time of year Merlin has sent to its clients Christmas gifts and cards. This year, like many of our clients and suppliers, instead of sending gifts and Christmas cards, we have made a charitable donation and our chosen charity is The Children’s Trust charity.
The Children’s Trust we believe is an excellent and worthy cause. The Children's Trust opened the UK's first rehabilitation centre for children in 1990 and today is still the leading rehabilitation centre. Based in Tadworth, it offers its services to children from across the UK providing care, education, and therapy for children with multiple disabilities. The children, whose ages range from under 1 year to early twenties, have brain injuries from birth, sustained in an accident, or due to de-habilitating illness such as meningitis. In addition, the Trust is currently looking at extending its service to people in their mid-twenties, for whom there is currently for little resource, yet considerable need.
