Merlin named as finalists in the UK Claims Excellence Awards 2011

During last year, Merlin launched a new and innovative model for the handling of Subsidence claims. Through the development and implementation of our bespoke claims management system Avalon and the centralised Subsidence Hub in Warrington, the model has become a great success and is turning heads within the industry.
The success of the model was further cemented last week, with the announcement that Merlin has been named as finalists in the UK Claims Excellence Awards in the category of Claims Management Team of the year. The ceremony will take place on 25th May at the Waldorf Hotel in London.
