Merlin Finalists for Claims Initiative of the Year

Merlin are today delighted to announce that we have been named as a finalist in the Claims Initiative of the Year category for the 4th Annual Manchester Insurance Awards. The awards, which are hosted by the CII Insurance Institute of Manchester, have expanded and become more prestigious over the past few years with winners of the category including The Co-Operative Insurance and Methodist Insurance.
Merlin’s entry for this year’s awards is focussed on the already award winning success of the Subsidence Hub model and it’s bespoke in-house claims system Avalon. The Subsidence Hub team, who won Claims Management Team of the Year at this year’s UK Claims Excellence Awards, have continued to grow from strength to strength with more existing clients switching to this model and new and potential clients being more than impressed with it.

The awards ceremony will be held on 7th October at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.
