Due to water damage in my house caused by an overlowing WC on the 18th April I contacted my house insurance and within one hour I was contacted by a loss adjuster from Merlin who advised me she would contact a company who would come to my property and sanitise it until Monday when we could get the matter dealt with.  I was very distressed at the time and she calmed me down and reassured me she would get it dealt with... through this whole dreadful experience of getting water damage to my house Ashley has liaised with me and kept me fully informed of what was going on, even on her days off she returned my calls.
